On February 11, 2022, the first phase of 2022 sales system technical training meeting began in “Dingsheng Machinery” meeting room. In order to better improve the professional ability of sales staff and provide customers with more professional services, the company has set up the technical training team through weekly product technical training. The main contents of this study include palm oil quality indicators, palm oil processing technology and analysis of the sales market, and how to provide better technical advice and solutions for palm oil customers.

Dingsheng Machine has signed an agreement to deliver continuous refining, fractionation equipment and palm oil filling equipment to the palm oil refinery plant, which is to be constructed in the central and eastern Africa. In this project, the new palm oil processing plant equipped with the new model crystallization tanks, diaphragm filter, advanced PLC control systems,with high degree of automatic control, low steam consumption, and good product quality. The scientific cooling and crystallization process is adopted to increase the yield of palm oil.

Recently, “Dingsheng Machinery” successfully completed the delivery of cottonseed complete production line equipment for customers in Katakurgan, Uzbekistan. The delivery equipment is a complete sets of 320t/d cottonseed oil production line, the project includes oil pressing workshop, leaching workshop, automatic refining workshop, automatic oil filling workshop, which can achieve one-stop output from cottonseed to refined cottonseed oil. The project was contracted in 2021, we completed the production shipment in four months, and installation work will begin in 2022.
