However, the epidemic situation abroad has been increasing unabated, and the movement of people has been restricted due to the impact of the epidemic. However, how to ensure the installation, commissioning and smooth production of overseas customers has become a difficult problem for foreign trade companies.
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the installation and commissioning team of Dingsheng Machine has been working hard to overcome all kinds of difficulties, appease the family, overcome psychological pressure, take strict prevention and control measures, overcome various difficulties to carry out the installation and debugging of our projects.
In March 2022, we received an installation request from a Uzbek customer. The project is located in kokand. It is a 150tpd edible oil production line that we built in October 2020. We have successfully delivered 150tpd pre-pressed oil sunflower, cottonseed, Soybean pre-pressing section, 100tpd oil cake leaching section, 60tpd crude oil refining section, 60tpd sunflower oil dewaxing section and auxiliary equipment such as boilers and laboratories. The customer has completed the basic civil engineering, installation of silos and other auxiliary equipment. Due to the epidemic and other reasons, the customer has not carried out the installation of oil extraction, leaching and refining workshops. Recently, the customer notified us that they can go to the installation work. During the meeting, we dispatched an experienced installation engineer to the project site.
On business trips overseas, we often face problems such as acclimatization, raging epidemics, and poor eating habits. For engineers who have been working hard for a long time in engineering and installation, they are not afraid of these problems.
