The overseas epidemic situation in May is still severe, but Dingsheng's overseas service engineer team has been providing services in Central Asian countries. In Uzbekistan, Dingsheng's engineers represented by Mr.Zhang have carried out two monthly tour service, providing technical training, maintenance and repair, operation training, solving product problems for each project, our goal is to always keep our equipment in the best operating condition.
On the evening of May 14, 2022, we received customer feedback from the project in Namangan. During the use of the oil press, the gear box of the reducer had abnormal noise. On the morning of May 15, we quickly dispatched our engineer to the customer site. After seven hours driving, he arrived and firstly check the working conditions of this oil press, and promptly send feedback to the technical department in China.
After repeated research and discussion with the workers of the oil factory , we provide the solution with the fastest speed and minimized customer downtime. On the second day, our sales representative Mr.Hu also arrived the factory, he continued to communicate with customers, analyze the causes, and translate the suggestions and solutions.
Our engineer summarizes several possible reasons for the problem as follows:
1. The company has previously informed customers, due to the epidemic, if customers choose to install and debug by themselves, it will cause unreasonable use of the oil press and cause certain equipment failures.
2. The customer fills the labels of gear oil and butter, and the filling amount is wrong.
3. During the installation period, the customer removes the original vertical feeding auger and horizontal feeding auger of the oil press, which will cause uneven feeding of the oil press and lose its protective effect on the oil press. The feeding is uneven, and the gears in the reducer are sometimes large and sometimes small because of the pressure, which leads to damage.
4. During the production process, excessive cottonseed husks are added. This will also cause excessive load, beyond the working range of the oil press and cause damage to the reducer.
5. According to the description of the on-site customer worker, after the No. 1 gear shaft of the reducer was damaged, it was processed by the local manufacturer, but the processing material was wrong. After the No. 1 gear shaft was processed and installed, it was damaged again on the same day, and the No. 2 gear shaft was damaged again. The gear pressure is too large, and the No. 2 gear is damaged.
6. The customer can change the structure of the squeezer and replace the squeezer of the oil press.
7. During the customer's use, the working capacity of the oil press is exceeded: the thickness of the cake is 6-7 mm, the residual oil is 3% (the customer is based on experience, to be tested), and the output is 100 tons per day. This condition results in the current of the oil press being higher than the allowable level.
For the above reasons, we offer the following solutions:
1. We immediately arrange for the production department to process about 3 sets of damaged parts. It is expected that the first set of parts will be ready and sent out by the end of May, and the remaining two sets of parts will be made and sent out around mid-June. .
2. According to the customer's working conditions, 3 motor wheels are issued free of charge to increase the speed of the main shaft of the oil press and reduce the load of the reducer. The customer needs to replace it with a new motor wheel in the future use process.
3. The rectification of 1-2 is made this time, the seller is to make the customer put into production as soon as possible. It does not mean that the seller defaults that the oil press has quality problems.
4. The seller requires the customer to make the following rectifications:
4.1. The type of lubricating oil for the reducer of the oil press is 220, and the type of lubricating oil for the bearing box is 3# lithium base grease.
4.2. The operating current of the oil press is 160-170. Can not overload for a long time.
4.3. To control the feeding speed of the auxiliary pot, the feeding should be uniform. When installing the feeding auger, it must be operated according to the instruction book of the oil press.
4.4. The oil press cannot be reversed with the material, and it is easy to damage the bearing if it is reversed.
4.5. The reducer oil tank is added to 2/3, and the bearing oil tank is filled with grease.
4.6. Before entering the oil press, control the moisture and temperature of the feed. (4-5% of the water into the squeeze, the squeeze temperature is about 100 degrees)
4.7. According to the performance of the oil press, control the oil content of the cake (signed in the contract: 10% residual oil in the cake, output 100 tons per day) and moisture.
4.8. It is not allowed to overload the oil press, that is, overcurrent, or even stop and force the oil press.
