The production process of palm fruit oil is mainly divided into three parts: pressing, refining and fractionation. Pressing is the process of extracting palm oil from palm fruit. 1, Sterilization
The fresh palm fruit bunches received from the orchard must first be transported to the sterilization equipment and cooked at high temperature for about 60 minutes. In addition, high temperature sterilization can make the fruit soft and easy to mechanically remove the fruit. 2, Thresher
Defruiting refers to the use of a defruiting machine to separate the palm fruit from the fruit bunches. Common threshing machines include simple threshing machines and drum threshing machines. 3, Mash/Crush

The purpose of palm oil refining is to remove various impurities in crude palm oil. The refining process mainly includes four steps of degumming, deacidification, decolorization and deodorization. After deodorization, the impurities in crude palm oil are removed, and refined palm oil can be obtained.
