Soybean Concentrate Protein is produced by processing soybeans through crushing, dehulling, extraction, separation, washing, and drying techniques. This process removes the oil, low-molecular-weight soluble non-protein components (mainly soluble sugars, ash, alcohol-soluble proteins, and odor substances), resulting in a product with a protein content of over 65% (dry basis, N×6.25).
