1, Oilseeds Pretreatment Equipment
Pretreatment is the first step in the process of extraction oil from oilseeds. Before oil extraction, the raw materials need to be cleaned, shelled, crushed, puffed, cooked and pressed to improve the structure of the oil plant for better oil extraction during the production process.

2, Oil Extraction Equipment
There are two types of common oil extraction processes: pressing and leaching. The oil extracted by the pressing process is of high quality and can maintain its own flavor and nutrition, but the residual oil rate of the pressing machine is high, which affects the yield of oil and the quality of the cake. For oils with low oil content, the leaching process is more suitable.

The leaching extraction process is to fully contact the pretreated oil with the solvent in the extraction equipment, and extract the oil from the oil cake. 3, Crude Oil Refining Equipment
The oil obtained by pressing or solvent leaching is named crude oil. Crude oil contains various impurities such as phospholipids, proteins, water, free fatty acids (FFA), pigments, waxes and harmful substances. In order to ensure the quality of edible oil, the oil plant needs to refine the oil through refining equipment to remove these impurities and improve flavor, smell, color and stability.

Crude oil refining process includes degumming, deacidification, dehydration, decolorization, deodorization and dewaxing, etc. Dingsheng Machine offers two types of refining processes: chemical and physical refining. The main difference between the two refining processes is how the FFA is removed.
Chemical refining removes free fatty acids during neutralization, while physical refining removes free fatty acids during deodorization. Chemical refining removes phospholipids (gums) in two steps (degumming and neutralization) or in a single process (neutralization).

4, Filling Workshop Equipment
Qualified refined oil can be sold as self-owned brand edible oil after filling, sealing, coding, and labeling. Before selling, the acid value, peroxide value, moisture, aflatoxin, smell, taste, color, etc. of the oil should be checked to see if they meet the edible oil standards. The unqualified oil should be reprocessed and sold after being qualified.
