In July 2022, the technical team of Dingsheng Machine developed and manufactured a new type of oil press and tested it successfully. During the development of the new type of oil press, Dingsheng Machine conducted a comprehensive survey of the oil press market, aimed at the actual needs of users, and made innovative design changes in the appearance structure and technology process, which effectively improved the efficiency and service life of the oil press.
The design concept and ideas of the new oil press.
1, Core components precision machining, no grinding process
Squeezing screw squeezing bar are our own production, strict quality control, squeezing screw for CNC precision machining, now unified drawings after all size error of no more than 3 silk.
2, High oil yield.
The compression ratio of the squeezing chamber has been strictly measured by engineers, the oil yield is 2-3 points higher than ordinary oil presses, the actual measured data hot pressing peanut oil yield of 47.3%
3, Long life of wearing parts
The new oil press can press about 200,000 pounds more oil crops than the old model of the same type.
The manufacturing process is as follows: undercutting → forging → machining → carburizing → quenching + low-temperature tempering → grinding.
The carburizing temperature is 900~950℃, and the heat treatment after carburizing is usually direct quenching and low-temperature tempering.
20CrMnTi is carburized steel, carburized steel is usually low carbon steel with 0.17%-0.24% carbon content, which is mostly used for manufacturing transmission gears in automobiles. It is a medium hardenability carburizing steel, Cr Mn Ti steel, which has high hardenability, high strength and toughness with guaranteed hardenability, especially high low temperature impact toughness.
20CrMnTi surface carburizing hardening steel. Good machinability, small special processing deformation, and good fatigue resistance. Use: Used for gears, shafts, piston parts, etc. Used for various special parts of automobiles and aircraft. It is a good carburizing steel with high hardenability, hard and wear-resistant surface and tough heart after carburizing and quenching, high low-temperature impact toughness, medium weldability, good machinability after normalizing. Used in the manufacture of cross-section <30mm to withstand high speed, medium or heavy load, impact and friction of important parts, such as gears, gear rings, gear shaft crossheads, etc.
4, Gear as well as press body bracket is strong and durable
The gears of the reducer and the reinforced ring of the press body bracket are made by forging process, no air holes, no cracking, and the life can reach more than ten years.
5, the base is more stable, and the operation is more smooth.
