The cleaned peanuts are crushed into flakes, which are then steamed and roasted. This step adjusts the temperature and moisture, facilitating the release of oil during the pressing process. Afterward, the flakes are pressed to obtain crude peanut oil.

Refining Process for Peanut Oil
To meet national quality standards for edible oil, the crude oil undergoes further refining to remove impurities and improve the oil’s quality. The refining steps include:
Crude Peanut Oil → 2. Degumming → 3. Deacidification → 4. Decolorization → 5. Deodorization → 6. Dewaxing → 7. Finished Peanut Oil

Processing of Fragrant Peanut Oil
Fragrant peanut oil has a slightly different processing method to enhance its aroma. High-quality peanuts are peeled, and impurities are completely removed. The peanuts are then stirred at high temperatures for a short period to generate the characteristic aroma. The oil is then extracted through pressing, followed by dephosphorization and low-temperature crystallization to produce rich, flavorful peanut oil.
