Working Principle
Material Input: Pre-treated materials are transported to the storage bin of the extractor via a scraper conveyor.
Automatic Operation: Once the storage bin reaches a designated level, the material level gauge activates the extractor's operation, automatically feeding materials into the horizontal spray section at the top.
Spray Leaching Process:
Initially, the materials are sprayed with a concentrated mixture of oil and solvent.
They then pass through the curved section to the lower spray section, where they are sequentially sprayed with solvent mixtures of decreasing concentration.
Fresh solvent is applied before entering the draining section, ensuring maximum oil recovery.
Output: Drained wet meal exits the extractor via the bottom and is conveyed to a desolventizing-toasting system. The mixed oil is pumped to the evaporation system for further processing.

Pre-Run Preparation:
Before seasonal production, add edible oil to the extractor trays and run the machine empty for 48 hours to adjust chain tension for smooth operation.
Regular Inspections:
