On August 18, 2023, the ZX32 type low-temperature oil press, ordered by a Russian customer, was shipped promptly. The timely delivery demonstrates Dingsheng Company's commitment to its customers.
The ZX32 type low-temperature oil press is specifically designed for large oil plants to meet the demand for higher-quality vegetable oils and cakes. It is a continuous spiral oil press suitable for the low-temperature pressing of various plant oil materials such as peanuts, cottonseeds, rapeseeds, sunflower seeds, castor beans, and maize embryos.
The ZX32 type low-temperature oil press features a process suitable for low-temperature pressing. Under normal tempering conditions, its characteristics include:
1, High processing capacity, small footprint, low power consumption, minimal operational management, and maintenance.
2, Multi-stage pressing with a large pressing chamber and long pressing cage for thorough material pressing.
3, The structure of the pressed cakes resembles tiles, with minimal dust, which facilitates solvent penetration.
4, The oil content and moisture of the pressed cakes are suitable for solvent extraction.
5, Special physical sealing structures between the press screws make them easy to disassemble.
6, The main spindle is designed as a hollow shaft to cool the pressing chamber, reducing temperature rise caused by high pressure, minimizing protein loss, and improving cake color.
7, The pressing cage can be equipped with hydraulic opening and closing for easy assembly, maintenance, and reduced labor intensity.
8, The gearbox employs a forced lubrication and cooling system to ensure adequate lubrication of bearings and gears. Customization is available based on customer requirements.
9, The feeding mechanism can be controlled using a frequency-variable motor and reducer for uniform feeding and smooth machine operation. An optional auxiliary cooker can be used for material storage and tempering.
10, Equipped with a forced feeding system to increase output, allowing the press to operate under saturated conditions.
11, The cake calibration system is controlled by a motor and reducer, allowing for on-the-fly adjustment of cake thickness without stopping the machine.
