The oil press machine of black soldier fly at Dingsheng Machine was a complete success!

Recently, Dingsheng factory area received a batch of precious black soldier fly samples and promptly carried out oil extraction experiments. After careful testing and experimentation, the results showed that the oil extraction effect of black soldier fly was remarkably excellent, bringing great delight.
The testing was conducted on July 7th, 23, at Dingsheng factory area, using the state-of-the-art 120-type oil press machine and employing a cold pressing process for two rounds. The initial material weight was 50 kilograms, and the experiment proceeded smoothly. The first pressing only took 29 minutes, and the second pressing was accomplished in just 10 minutes, earning unanimous praise from all staff members for its high efficiency.
During this experiment, a total of 15.9 kilograms of premium black soldier fly oil was obtained, along with 31.7 kilograms of black soldier fly cake. A simple calculation revealed an impressive oil yield of 31.8%, which was pleasantly surprising. Additionally, the experiment's processing capacity reached 76.9 kilograms per hour, showcasing the formidable production capability of our oil press machine.
