3.1 The parts that come into contact with raw materials and oil are upgraded to stainless steel material.
3.2 Squeezing bar + extrusion head: 20 chromium manganese titanium alloy steel (scientific name 20CrMnTi), after CNC precision machining and strict carburizing, quenching and other processes, the wear resistance is further improved, and the compression ratio between the squeezing bars is greatly increased. The new oil press can press about 100,000 kilograms of oil crops more than the same model of the old machine.
3.3 Squeezing screw: 20 chromium manganese titanium + chrome-plated carbon steel
Squeezing cage: chrome-plated carbon steel
Squeezing shaft: 45# steel heat treatment
Squeezing chamber outlet: chromium 12 molybdenum vanadium (scientific name: Cr12mov)
3.4 Forging process of the gearbox body, no bubbles, no cracking, long service life.
3.5 The layout of the distribution system circuit is neat, and the electrical components are fully upgraded. The standard configuration is Delixi, and it can be upgraded to international brands such as Schneider and Siemens according to customer needs.
3.6 The motor, gearbox, and vacuum pressure gauge are all from domestic first-line brands, with guaranteed after-sales service (can be upgraded to Siemens, ABB motor, SEW gearbox if needed).
