Dingsheng Machine delivery the soybean oil extraction equipment and refining system to Columbia

On November 8, 2022, Dingsheng Machine sent 50-60T soybean oil press machine and soybean oil refining system to Colombia. This model ZX276 oil press machine is designed for extracting soybean oil and it allows you to get the maximum amount of oil. The oil cake is discharged from the press with a residual oil rate of even 8%. The protein level increases by up to 1,5-2%. This is the economical way to process soybeans. Using advanced German technology, the machine is specially developed and manufactured to meet the requirements of modern solvent extraction and large oil mill presses.
The press cage and the press screw shaft are the main working parts of this machine, which are made of high quality alloy steel with high wear resistance, sturdiness and low failure rate. With user-friendly operation and maintenance design, easy to assemble and disassemble, the oil press ensures high productivity, reliability and uninterrupted operation.

Dingsheng Machine produces oil press machine to extract vegetable oil from soybean, sunflower seeds, rapeseed, flax, olive kernels, grape seeds, mustard seeds, etc. The different oil content of the seeds directly affects the operating parameters of the screw press, so we design different types of oil presses to minimize the oil content of the product and maintain and improve the nutritional properties of the oil cake.
ZX276 oil press is equipped with a steam frying pan, independently driven by a reducer, which can adjust the water content of the material embryo and act as a heat insulator for the material embryo before pressing. There is an electric cake adjusting mechanism at the cake outlet of the press screw shaft to adjust the cake thickness. The dry cake structure is loose but not broken, easy for solvent penetration. The gearbox cooler effectively reduces the gearbox temperature and increases the service life. Hollow shaft water cooling of the active protein in the cake, with small loss and good color and luster.
