This project is situated in Incheon, South Korea. The local enterprise originally ran small extrusion machines focused on animal feed production. To expand its business scope and fully unlock the economic value of rice bran by-products, the company invested in a full rice bran extraction plant. The client previously completed government site approval and workshop construction to accommodate the full set of processing equipment.

Process Flow & End Product Utilization
The production line takes the client’s self-produced puffed rice bran as raw material. After continuous extraction processing, two valuable products are generated:
1. Crude rice bran oil, which can be further refined into edible-grade rice bran oil;
2. High-protein rice bran meal, a premium raw material for animal feed production.
To resolve storage and long-distance transportation challenges for finished bran meal, we equipped the whole line with matched crushing and automatic bagging machines. Bagged pulverized bran meal greatly cuts storage footprint and simplifies logistics delivery to downstream feed factories.

The complete production line integrates bran crushing and automatic bagging supporting units, forming a full industrial chain from raw material extraction to packaged feed meal, saving the client separate procurement of auxiliary machinery.
