A 15m³ vertical stainless steel buffer storage tank was delivered to connect fractionation and refining processes. Equipped with liquid level sensors and sealed valves, it effectively prevents crude oil oxidation and solves the bottleneck of intermediate material storage.
Phase 4 | February 2025: 16 Sets of 32m³ Storage Tanks & Upgraded PLC System (Large-Scale Expansion)
A major capacity upgrade project with 16 sets of heavy-duty SUS316L storage tanks for crude and refined oil stockpiling. With thickened anti-corrosion plates, external thermal insulation and overpressure protection, the tanks adapt to outdoor long-term storage. The upgraded full-plant PLC system realizes one-screen integrated management of the entire tank farm, improving operational efficiency significantly.
Phase 5 | May 2026: Custom Oil Vessels & Filter Bags (Process Optimization)
Tailor-made special process tanks matching the client’s existing pipeline layout, plus high-temperature resistant filter bags. The accessories effectively remove fine impurities, pigments and residual clay, improving finished oil clarity and optimizing the whole filtration process.

The latest and most critical order covers a full vacuum bleaching section, the core unit of physical oil refining.
