The YYPYFP type flaking roll designed and developed by our company has uniform crushing, stable operation, small supporting power and high production efficiency. It is specially developed and designed for the problem of oily materials such as almonds, walnuts, peanuts, sunflower, oily materials, soybeans, etc., which are easy to produce oil during crushing and sticking to the machine cavity. It can effectively crush materials with high oil content without yielding oil, non-stick machine, continuous discharge. Working Principle

The flaking roll is a kind of equipment that consists of two or several relatively rotating rollers to roll the oil from granular to flakes.

Destroy Cell Structure

Oil is contained in oily cells with tough cell walls. To extract oil from the cell, the cell wall must be destroyed.

Shorten The Oil Way

After the granular oil is rolled into flakes, shortening the path that the oil is extracted from the oil seeds, which provides favorable conditions for pressing or leaching production.

It is conducive to the oil seeds steam cooking

The flaking increases the surface area of the oil seeds and reduces the thickness, which is convenient for absorbing moisture and heat, and the moisture evaporation.
